Het geheim van de Borkel
Zaterdag 15 oktober wordt het geheim van De Borkel ontsluierd, te zien op tv Gelderland vanaf 18.00 uur.
Harm Edens van Gelderse Koppen komt met zijn autootje langs bij Zorgcentrum de Borkel om mensen te interviewen en natuurlijk om de vijf 100 plussers te zien en te spreken.
Natuurlijk komt ook onze tante Heintje aan bod. Zelfs een foto van de school in de Wildenborch komt even in beeld, net als een foto van Heintje en Koos voor hun boerderij in de Steeg toen ze nog niet zo lang getrouwd waren.
Omdat ik er niets van wilde missen en eventueel voor de Amerikaanse familie iets wilde laten zien had ik op aanraden van neef Joop tv Gelderland gemaild of ik ook materiaal op dvd kon krijgen, maar je ziet het. De techniek tegenwoordig staat voor niets. Ik kreeg vanmiddag een mail terug dat het hele programma van Gelderse Koppen van deze week al te zien is op hun website. Leuk toch! Door op de titel te klikken van dit stukje krijg je het alvast te zien.
Als je de eerste keer steeds pauzes krijgt laat je het programma maar doorlopen en het begint vanzelf opnieuw. Bij ons ging het toen al beter.

Harm Edens comes with special car from the tv program Gelderse Koppen ( Heads from Gelderland) and asked about it: What’s the secret here and the answers are different… from: just keep breezing, stay positive and tante Heintjes advice: keep smiling. The air isn’t different, either the water. In the kitchen: they cook with love.( liefde)
The 105 years old Johan Keller answers: It just happened and I’m glad I can see and am able to communicate. Oo.. sometimes a pimple here and a pimple there…. No the other 100 years old women he doesn’t see often… no no flirtations… nothing outside, but inside… it’s warm sometimes. ;)He’s the oldest man in Holland.
Tante Heintje answers on the question what her secret is getting this age:’’ Blijven lachen, keep smiling.’’ And about what she’s doing all day: ‘’Nothing, just nothing’’ , but she means no work. I know she likes reading… and talking. ”It’s never boring”, she said. They show this picture, Heintje and Koos in front of their farmhouse in De Steeg and a picture of all the children at the school in de Wildenborch about 1917.
When Harm Edens is leaving he wishes all of them: Hou je taai, keep your pecker up!
